Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Non-refundable Policy:
-You have 24 hours to cancel your appointment
-30% of your service will be charged if you don’t cancel 24hours before booked time
-Let me know (asap) if any braid or style is uncomfortable or not looking right so I can adjust or fix the problem.
-Please check your hair before leaving the salon.
-Once you leave the salon there will be no refund if you choose to take it down
-No refunds are offered once service is rendered
-Payment is due after completing the service
